Event time From when to when will the technology be used at the event? Please specify the exact date and time period.

Pick-up time Please select a time window within which it would be possible for you to pick up the equipment in the run-up to the event (previous week / same week. Please as close to the event time as possible but as timely as necessary for you). We will then confirm a specific date for the selected time slot in our response. At the times you can select here, we can usually show you in person.

Return time Please select a time window within which a return of the technology after the event would be possible for you (same week / following week). We will then confirm a specific date for the selected time window in our response. At the times you can select here, we can usually show you in person.

Other times (specific date/time) If none of the previous time slots is possible, please enter another time slot (specific date/time) for pickup and return that is possible for you in each case. At the times specified above, we can usually show you in person. If you specify a different time window here, you will receive further important additional information on borrowing and returning at the ZtG by e-mail.

Frequency Will the technology be needed once or should a regular borrowing be organized?
