Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin - Gender as a Category of Knowledge


Each of the Research Trainin Group's (post)doctoral students worked with two supervisors. The selection of these advisors occured on the basis of conversations with each student. In the process special attention was paid to providing students an interdisciplinary approach to their research projects. This form of double-advising from two different disciplines paid off: mentoring in the Research Training Group was broad and the connection between the many disciplines represented in the group was tight.
