Apartments with two separate (lockable) rooms. Two men or women share shower, toilet, and kitchen.
Please note that check-in must happen before 10 pm, because the guesthouse will be locked after that time.
On the day of arrival, rooms will be available from 2 pm, on the day of departure until 10 am.
Please bring shower gel/shampoo youself, i.a. a hair dryer
Pets are not allowed in the rooms.
It will be possible to store your luggage until 7 pm.
Free Wi-Fi is accessible in the lobby. In the rooms, a LAN-cable is needed, which you can lend at the front desk (please provide 10 € cash as insurance).
Parking on the grounds of the guesthouse is not possible. In the nearby Johannisstraße there is a secure car park.
Important information!!!
We would like to inform you that there will be extensive work on the façade and the roof of Ziegelstr. 13a/b/c from June 2018 on, that will probably take a year. Therefore, a scaffold will be erected in front of the windows. There will also be loud noise during the day. We have no influence on these construction works.
A cancellation due to construction is possible without fee at any time.

- Blocked rooms are available until December 12, 2018. All not used rooms will automatically be free for public reservations.
- Booking, changes, and cancellations must be submitted in written form.
- Rooms will be booked by every guest individually. Reservations can only be made via the reservation form, which has to be send to the hotel via email or fax
- Individual booking will be guaranteed by the credit card information of the guest.
- The rates are not commissionable. At the same time, rates for the provided rooms are binding and the client is not allowed to charge higher prices from a third party..
- Cancellations without fees is possible until the day of arrival.
- Payment is due on check-in.
