The integration of postdoctoral fellows into the research and studyprogram was guided by three principles: 

1. Their individual research 

2. Their mentore role for the doctoral candidates in their research projects. In particular this included the conceptualization and execution of methodology and theory seminar for the doctoral candidates as well as individual advising. 

3. The conception and organization of the lecture series as well as further public events for the Research Training Group.
