Description of the Project
|
This project is thematically organized into three parts: victim – pain – vision. At the center of my analysis lies the investigation of bodily pain in the christian tradition. The study constitutes therefore part of an artistic-academic project. My project makes a contribution to the thematic focus of the Research Training Group by examining bodily pain and its effects with a focus on gender-specific aspects. Moreover, my study contributes to the interdisciplinary orientation of the group by pursuing both an academic and aesthetic focus. |
